What you will be working on
- Content creation
A major part of the role is to craft assets like websites, documentation, whitepapers, decks, customer stories, videos, and more, with clarity and audience in mind.
- Market research
a. Positioning and messaging: Define the product’s value, target audience, and differentiation to make it stand out in the market.
b. Market and customer Insights: Research customer needs and competitor trends, and translate insights into actionable input for product, partner and sales teams.
c. Go-to-market strategy: Plan launches and campaigns, aligning cross-functional teams on GTM goals.
- Sales and partner enablement
Plan partner and team training, create training content and enable partner teams with necessary sales assets.
- Adoption and analysis
Drive awareness and usage through social media, webinars, 3rd-party app listings and more, and measure impact and work towards growth.
What are we looking for
- 5–7 years of experience in SaaS product marketing.
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills, from crisp messaging to long-form assets.
- Strong content creation skills across formats: website, docs, decks, videos, and more.
- Experience working closely with product and partner teams.
- Self-driven, analytical, and creative in solving challenges.
- Leadership mindset - ready to set cadence and build a team over time.
